Yekaterina Vernikov, MA, CCC-SLP

I am an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist presently licensed in the states of Hawaii and Pennsylvania. I have over 15 years of experience working with children in the home, school, community, and clinical settings, including 5 years on a diagnostic team with the Hawaii DOE.

I focus on play-based, goal-oriented, flexible, child- and family-centered therapy, individualized to the child’s needs and temperament. My ultimate goal is to address language skills through a plan designed to also increase confidence, address sensory needs and expand play skills in order to build a child's capacity to learn independently in age-appropriate social and academic contexts.
